KLAW Industries, a startup based in Binghamton, NY, was selected by the New York State Department of Transportation to partner on a $21.2 million infrastructure project using their innovative material Pantheon™, a carbon-negative replacement for cement in concrete made from waste glass diverted from landfills

From Ideas to Industry: Exploring Market Potential with the Battery Show Hybrid Course

This fall, researchers developing battery technologies explored the market potential of their innovations in a specialized I-Corps regional course led by the Interior Northeast I-Corps Hub. The course began with two weeks of virtual entrepreneurship training, then moved to an in-person format at the Battery Show conference in Detroit, MI.

Energy Researchers Perform Customer Discovery at ARPA-E Summit

The Interior Northeast I-Corps Hub (IN I-Corps) led a specialized regional course for energy researchers in March 2023 that involved tailored virtual entrepreneurship training, followed by sponsored travel to Washington, D.C. for the ARPA-E Energy Innovation Summit.
